Service Levels
The reservations team at The Cavern aims to respond to e-mail enquiries within 4 hours, and to answer all telephone calls in 5 rings.
However due to the unreliable nature of e-mail and phone lines please try an alternate contact method if you do not receive an e-mail reply in 4 hours, or if the phone is not answered promptly.
Very occasionally we have no means of communication (no cellphone, internet or phone lines). The problem will be sorted out but it can take a couple of days!!
Our tariff includes:
Accommodation in attractive thatched lodgings, three meals daily, teas and most activities; access to our exceptional wilderness through guided walks; TV Lounges (SABC & M-Net); & picnic lunches when requested.

Peak Periods
We do require minimum stays at certain times and over long weekends. (more…)
Day Visitors
We regret that no day visitors are able to visit the Resort over Peak Periods.
During our low season periods, day visitors are requested to phone and make arrangements to visit.
